Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager with proven customer service skills to work for a fast growing exciting company based in East Grinstead.
My client are looking for a Customer Account Managerto assist with the daily queries, process orders using a ticketing system as well as maintain existing relationships.
Salary: between £25,000 - £27,700k
Location: East Grinstead - hybrid - 2/3 days office based
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Be first point of contact on queries, maintaining client relationships.
- Resolve daily queries, process orders, and handle related correspondence.
- Use ticketing systems to update clients within SLA and follow SOPs.
- Coordinate with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage live chat and inbound queries, forwarding them to relevant departments within agreed timeframes.
- Provide frontline telephone and email support.
Skills and experience:
- Customer service experience, meeting deadlines.
- Previous knowledge and experience of delivery services (desirable)
- Financial responsibility experience
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Organised, especially with email management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High accuracy in work
