Summary: We are seeking a skilled Coach Builder to join our Aesthetics team. The ideal candidate will undertake train presentation examinations in accordance with the Train Presentation Exam regime and perform remedial body-side and minor damage repair work on rolling stock. This includes various types of paint application, mixing and spraying, and specialist repairs. You will also be responsible for carrying out internal and external repairs following the standards set by our client and assisting team members in developing their technical skills. Additional duties may be assigned as required.
Skills:
Experience in all types of paint application, mixing, and spraying.
Ability to complete all records of actions and operations accurately and according to procedures.
Proper care and understanding of tools, equipment, and PPE.
Experience with vinyl flooring applications (preferred).
Experience with vehicle signwriting and vinyl application (preferred).
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
Certifications & Standards:
Recognized apprenticeship or equivalent in a relevant field
