- Ensure compliance is always adhered to
- Coach and Mentor the sales team
- Effective knowledge of sales techniques
- Ensuring excellent customer service is maintained
- Meet key performance indicators
- Face to face interaction
Qualifications
- A Can-do attitude
- Experienced Salesperson/Sales Controller
- Professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships
