Day-to-day of the role:- Operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce high-quality parts for marketing installations and displays.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and set up the machinery accordingly.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and provide technical input to enhance outcomes.
- Monitor the production process and make adjustments to the machine settings as needed.
- Ensure all manufactured components meet strict quality and safety standards.
- Proven experience in CNC milling and turning.
- Strong understanding of computer numeric controlled (CNC) machinery and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
- Technical certification or diploma in CNC machining, mechanical engineering, or related field is preferred.
