About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Planner to play a key role in shaping the success of our pre-construction process. Based in Crawley, with hybrid working and regular site visits, you will be responsible for creating and presenting tailored delivery strategies for each new development.

You will collaborate closely with the Construction Director and project team to ensure project plans are up-to-date and deliverables are met. This includes identifying mitigation strategies when required and preparing essential pre-construction documentation for land bids, tenders, and upcoming developments. Your role will also involve assessing site conditions, identifying constraints, and coordinating design information to establish efficient build sequences, compound layouts, and logistics strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present delivery strategies for new developments during pre-construction.
  • Maintain project plans, updating deliverables and identifying mitigation strategies where needed.
  • Compile pre-construction information for land bids and tenders.
  • Assess site conditions, constraints, and design data to determine optimal build sequences, layouts, and logistics.
