The Project Manager position is with a leading organization specializing in advanced communication and IT services for military and marine industries, currently employing around 250 people globally.
The role focuses on the delivery of UK MOD maritime implementation projects across various naval vessels, with a salary range of £48,000 to £55,000.
Candidates are expected to have project management experience with UK MOD and other UK government departments, particularly in maritime electrical installation projects.
The responsibilities include managing multiple installation projects, producing guidance packages, and overseeing the Change Impact Assessment Process in collaboration with engineering teams.
Applicants must also be able to achieve DV Security Clearance and have experience in writing high-quality Equipment Guidance Packages and Modification Leaflets.

They have grown massively over the last 2 years and continue to do so through 2025 with exciting new clients/projects.Main Purpose of the JobDelivery of UK MOD maritime implementation projects across Royal Navy, Royal Fleet Auxiliary and other UK MOD/UK Govt vessels.Salary Package:

Salary: £48,000 - £55,000

Role responsibilities:

Overall management of several, concurrent or sequential maritime installation projects.
Production of Equipment Guidance Packages (EGP), Installations Guidance Packages, (IGP), Modification Leaflets based on engineering designs, surveys and stakeholder input.
Overall management of the Change Impact Assessment Process (CIAP) process, working with the Engineering and Assurance Teams alongside the Customer(s).
Input into customer governance meetings including schedule, progress, risks and opportunities alongside management of dependencies.
Management and deconfliction of priorities and ensuring lead-times of equipment procurement, configuration are managed.
Working with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure equipment and services are delivered in accordance with the implementation plan.
Support other Project Managers in the project implementation and ensure that projects
To represent the Company at key customer project and commercial meeting

Qualifications and Skills:

Must hold, or have the ability to achieve DV Security Clearance
Project management experience with UK MOD and other UK government departments.
Experience of UK MOD maritime electrical installation projects.
Experience of writing EGPs, IGPs and Modification Leaflets to a high standard.
