Contracts Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a successful Main Contractor who cover various projects across heritage, residential, commercial and education up to 25m.
About the role of Contracts Manager
This is a newly created role is due to significant number of new projects being won, this role will see you delivering high quality projects
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager
- The Contracts Manager will report into the Operations Manager and have a team reporting into them made up of Project Managers
- Managing multiple contracts, ensuring they are running smoothly and keeping on track with the clients expectations
- Preparation of tenders at initial stages through to final stages and building relationships with clients
- Reporting to the senior management team on projects and responsible for programming, working with the design team
The ideal Contracts Manager should have:
- Looking for a dynamic leader who can make decisions, be solution led and has good attention people management and client relationships
- Design and build experience is essential
- well rounded knowledge with experience working for a Main Contractor
- Managing contractors on site and ensuring they meet deadlines and expectations
- Experience working on projects up to 15m
What we offer:
- 80,000 - 85,000
