Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, wed like to meet you.

- Flexible and reliable
- Have full knowledge of how to use the IDDSI Framework to thicken liquids and determine food textures, as well as providing a wealth of information about recognising dysphagia, enhancing the mealtime environment, and following safe swallow recommendations
Requirements :
- DBS
- National insurance number
- Right to work in UK
- Previous experience is essential
- First aid training
- Food and hygiene training
- IDDSI training
