We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller for our brilliant client based in the Crawley area. In this role you are going to be a key member of the business responsible for the management of the Sales Ledger.
This will be a varied role working both with B2B and B2C customers but day to day you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring debtor balances
- Setting up payment plans
- Building on client relationships
- Chasing debt by telephone, email, and letter
- Updating monthly aged debtor reporting
- Keeping management up to date on outstanding debt
We are looking for someone with previous experience in Credit Control as well as:
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for details
- Strong relationship building
- Able to deal with incoming and outgoing calls
- A great team player
