We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller for our brilliant client based in the Crawley area. In this role you are going to be a key member of the business responsible for the management of the Sales Ledger.

This will be a varied role working both with B2B and B2C customers but day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring debtor balances
  • Setting up payment plans
  • Building on client relationships
  • Chasing debt by telephone, email, and letter
  • Updating monthly aged debtor reporting
  • Keeping management up to date on outstanding debt

We are looking for someone with previous experience in Credit Control as well as:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen eye for details
  • Strong relationship building
  • Able to deal with incoming and outgoing calls
  • A great team player
