Grafton Banks Finance is excited to partner with a growing organisation seeking a skilled Credit Controller for an initial 2-month temporary assignment. This role will support the team during a particularly busy period and help clear a backlog in accounts receivable. Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor, the successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth cash flow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chase outstanding payments (both B2B and B2C)
- Process and allocate payments efficiently
- Raise invoices and ensure accuracy
- Input bank receipts into the accounting system
- Issue payment reminders and statements
- Provide ad hoc support across the finance department as required
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage or SAP
- Ability to commute to Crawley on a hybrid working basis
