Grafton Banks Finance are seeking a motivated individual to take on a temporary-to-permanent role that focuses on B2B credit control. We are assisting an exciting business located in Crawley, who are looking for a Finance Assistant/Credit Controller on an initial 3 month temporary basis, with opportunity to be made permanent. As a Credit Controller, you will be primarily responsible for managing accounts receivable processes with a significant focus on credit control (80% of your role). You will work closely with the Finance Manager with reducing the aged debt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable for B2B customers, ensuring timely payments and outstanding balances are addressed.
  • Utilize a bespoke in-house system for credit control processes
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support accounts payable as required, offering flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a professional and efficient service.
