Customer Service Advisor

Location: Crawley

Salary: £23K - £26K plus regular salary reviews

Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to be working with an industry leading organisation in the outskirts of Crawley. Our client is on the lookout for a friendly professional to join their award winning Customer Service team, on a full time permanent basis.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with call handling experience, who enjoys liaising with others and being attentive to customer needs. The role offers excellent earning potential, as well as ongoing training and opportunities for professional development.

What will you be doing?

  • Responding to a high volume of telephone enquiries, providing customers with a superb standard of service
  • Providing information on company products and services
  • Communicating with customers in an engaging, confident and polite manner
  • Managing the email inbox effectively
  • Logging all activity and correspondence onto the system

Essential skills and experience needed:

  • Experience working in an office environment and responding to inbound telephone enquiries
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Competency using computer systems (Microsoft or Google)
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent work ethic
