Customer Service Coordinator

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm (37.5 hrs per week)

£28,000 per annum DOE

I am currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, dealing with purchase orders, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling customer credit claims promptly and accurately. This position reports to the Sales Operations Team Leader and would be suitable for someone with strong sales administration experience and excellent communication skills to be the first point of contact for customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate order processing.
  • Deliver customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Handle customer credit claims promptly and accurately.
  • Use of excel and the companies in-house CRM system for tracking purposes
  • Be the first point of contact for customers over the phone and via email, handling any enquiries or queries they may have in regards to orders .

This position would be well suited to a candidate with previous customer service/sales administration experience and to have experience of using systems such as Microsoft Word and CRM.
