We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Crawley. As a key part of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service over the phone, helping customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently over the phone and online
- Provide product or service information, and guide customers through any challenges.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous phone work experience, ideally in customer service or support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear telephone manner.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
