Customer Service Specialist

Reed Crawley is delighted to be working exclusively with a key client based in Crawley seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will process customer orders, handle enquiries, monitor orders, and proactively address any issues that arise. You will work closely with internal and external departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and prioritise workflow for efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries, ensuring exceptional service.
- Participate in monthly training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Liaise with departments regarding stock, deliveries, and special requests.
- Identify and flag urgent or problematic orders using Salesforce CRM.
- Support Account Managers with orders and queries.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and inform the sales team.
- Provide first-time resolution of issues in line with company policy.
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality System and Health & Safety Policy.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm OR 9am - 5pmÂ
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Essential).
- Experience with Salesforce (Desirable).
- Excellent call-handling ability (Essential).
- Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure (Essential).
- Customer service experience (Essential).
