Job Title - Customer Support Administrator

Length - Permanent

Salary - £23,000k - £24,000k Plus Benefits

Shift - Early Shift: 6am - 3pm, 11am - 8pm - 1 Saturday a month.

Monday to Friday.

Location - Crawley, Parking onsite.

DESCRIPTION.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Provide professional support via calls, emails, and webchat, ensuring accurate updates to customer records.
  • Identify customer needs to recommend suitable products and services, enhancing satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for renewals and welcome new customers.
  • Resolve queries efficiently with accurate information and solutions.
  • Resolve daily queries, process orders, and handle related correspondence.
  • Manage live chat and inbound queries, forwarding them to relevant departments within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide frontline telephone and email support.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience within a similar role at the same level.
  • Ability to be flexible.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Be confident with all MS Office packages
