Responsibilities
- Meet and greet dealership customers and be the face of the business
- Be ultra-organized and efficient in your duties
- Liaise with the workshop regarding customer vehicles and technical queries
- Keep the customer updated and in touch at every stage of their journey
Qualifications
- Main Dealer Service Advisor experience is a benefit for this role
- Excellent face to face customer skills and a great telephone manner
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary £30k-£32k + Bonus up to £36k OTE
- Bonus available on upsell, service plans etc
- Main Dealer training and benefits
- 8am-6pm M-F, 1 in 3 Sats 8am-12pm
