- Be the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email regarding repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory updates in the system.
- Liaise with external teams to source parts and equipment.
- Schedule technicians and engineers for repair and maintenance tasks.
- Prepare and issue quotes, raise purchase orders, and manage approvals within credit terms.
- Keep clients updated throughout the service process, ensuring follow-ups are handled promptly.
- Previous experience in customer service and service coordination is essential.
- A friendly, proactive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- A competitive salary of up to £30,000.
