Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding new installation jobs and reactive maintenance.
  • Schedule engineers across the UK, ensuring optimal allocation of their locations.
  • Order necessary parts and equipment for various jobs.
  • Update clients on job progress and maintain clear communication.
  • Collate paperwork for completed jobs and close them down in the system.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices for completed works.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer-focused experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Personable and positive personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel.
