This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment, coordinating service activities and supporting clients across the UK and internationally.Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email regarding repairs.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory updates in the system.
  • Liaise with external teams to source parts and equipment.
  • Schedule technicians and engineers for repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare and issue quotes, raise purchase orders, and manage approvals within credit terms.
  • Keep clients updated throughout the service process, ensuring follow-ups are handled promptly.

  • Previous experience in customer service and service coordination is essential.
