My client is a successful, global business where you will be playing a pivotal role in ensuring a first-class service is provided to clients and colleagues.

Working as part of a small, supportive and friendly team, as a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming enquiries for business-to-business customers via telephone, email and live chat
  • Processing customer orders, handle enquiries and monitor orders
  • Liaising with various departments regarding stock, deliveries and dispatch of order

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience of working within a customer service role/ call centre is essential to hit the ground running
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good command of the English language
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and use differnt systems simultaneously

This is a fully office based role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. The team alternate between 8.30am-4.30pm or 9.30am-5.30pm working hours on a rota basis. You will be working for a fantastic, supportive Manager who will give thorough training and support throughout.
