Starboard Hotels, a family-owned group of 21 properties, is looking for an experienced General Manager to take the reins at our ibis Styles hotel which reopened in Spring 2024 after a multi-million-pound renovation and extension.
In return for a salary of up to £65,000 and great benefits, were looking for a leader who understands that profitability and success comes from running a faultless operation with a first-rate team, who all pull together to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Our dream candidate would be someone with no less than five years hotel management experience, ideally at a branded airport hotel. If thats close but doesnt exactly describe you, tell us about your recent hotel managerial experience in a busy, thriving property. We want to know that you keep your eye on the bottom-line, can mould and motivate a team, will drive sales and market your hotel, and most importantly, can demonstrate that you know what it takes to make your guests happy.
