Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Crawley)

I'm currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic secondary schools in Crawley. Position Details:

  • Location: Crawley, West Sussex
  • Salary: £83.33 to £87 per day (dependant on experience)
  • Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only
  • Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital part in the daily life of the school by:

  • Supporting teachers in the classroom with lesson preparation and delivery.
  • Working closely with students, offering one-to-one or small-group support to help them thrive academically.
  • Assisting with classroom management and creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.
  • Providing extra help to students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional requirements.
  • Offering encouragement, motivation, and guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve their best.
