About the Role:Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools across Crawley. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment, helping children develop academically and socially.

- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring additional help.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist with classroom management and student behaviour support.
- Help prepare and organise teaching materials and learning resources.
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required.
- Participate in school events, activities, and meetings with parents when needed.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
- A patient, nurturing, and supportive approach to working with students.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are beneficial but not essential.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
