Overview: Teaching Assistant Assessor

This role is open to both qualified and unqualified assessors.
The role is home based with learners located in the Crawley area.
Purpose of the role: Teaching Assistant Assessor
You will be managing a caseload of Teaching Assistant Level 3 and Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5 apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills), both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Providing mentorship and coaching to the learner through to completion of their Teaching Assistant apprenticeship qualifications.
Teaching Assistant Assessor: Essentials
- At least 3 years Teacher or Teaching Assistant experience
- UK driving license and use of own transport
- Home Based - covering Crawley and the surrounding area
- A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work, in and around the Crawley and surrounding area
Teaching Assistant Assessor: Salary and Expenses
- 29.5k - 35k annual salary
- Gaining qualifications on the job, such as TAQA assessor qualification
- The role is full-time, permanent
- 36 days annual leave, including BHs
