Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Crawley)

I'm currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic secondary schools in Crawley. Position Details:

Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: £83.33 to £87 per day (dependant on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only
Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital part in the daily life of the school by:

Supporting teachers in the classroom with lesson preparation and delivery.
Working closely with students, offering one-to-one or small-group support to help them thrive academically.
Assisting with classroom management and creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.
Providing extra help to students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional requirements.
Offering encouragement, motivation, and guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve their best.
