Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Crawley)

Position Details:
- Location: Crawley, West Sussex
- Salary: £83.33 to £87 per day (dependant on experience)
- Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only
- Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital part in the daily life of the school by:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Working closely with students, offering one-to-one or small-group support to help them thrive academically.
- Assisting with classroom management and creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.
- Providing extra help to students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional requirements.
- Offering encouragement, motivation, and guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve their best.
