Are you a Junior Electrical Engineer from a manufacturing, industrial, or similar background looking for an off the tools technical support role, where you will be the go-to expert for electrical fault finding within a market leading global manufacturer?

In this off the tools role you will be proving service support and assisting with breakdowns over the phone, whilst briefing Service Engineers and working in partnership with them to ensure faults are resolved as quickly as possible. As these are specialist products, you will receive comprehensive training allowing you to become a technical expert in the business.

This company have a significant foothold in a niche and profitable sector. Year on year they have continued to expand and due to monopolising their niche market, they now require a technical support specialist on hand to assist with providing guidance, training, support and technical assistance on breakdowns and installations for their service team.

This role would suit a Junior Electrical Engineer looking for a static, office-based role where they will be providing technical support over the phone, continuously developing their skills through shadowing and experienced team.

The Role:

• Providing technical support to electrical engineers across the globe
• Office based, fault finding over the phone
• Full training through shadowing experienced engineers in the office
• Occasionally travelling to customer sites to diagnose faults in person
• Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm

The Person:

• Junior Electrical Engineer
• Manufacturing, industrial or similar background
• HNC / HND / NVQ or similar (Level 2 or above)
• Looking for an office based role
