My client is a specialist cable jointing company established in 2008, primarily working on IDNO networks with some internal projects. With a team of 20 skilled professionals, they operate across West London, Kent, and Sussex, delivering high-quality services. Due to increasing demand, they are expanding their team to maintain their reputation for excellence. The company is committed to training and development, offering internal training and opportunities for progression across different network authorizations.

They are seeking an experienced LV Cable Jointer to join their growing team. The role involves LV cable jointing on IDNO networks, with all job details provided electronically-no need to report to an office. The successful candidate will work on-site across the South, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with potential early finishes and overtime at enhanced rates.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in LV cable jointing and be able to demonstrate existing authorizations. While HV experience, Streetworks, EUSR, and first aid qualifications are beneficial, training can be provided for the right individual. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently, as they will be managing their own schedule and traveling across West London, Kent, and Sussex. The Role:

• LV cable jointing on IDNO networks across West London, Kent, and Sussex.
• No office attendance-job details sent electronically.
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with early finishes and overtime available.
• Up to £55K salary, plus vehicle/allowance, pension, and 28 days holiday.
• Training and career progression on different network authorizations.

The Person:

• Experienced LV Cable Jointer with valid authorizations.
• HV, Streetworks, EUSR, and first aid are a bonus, but training available.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Based in South UK, willing to travel across West London, Kent, and Sussex.
• Looking to develop and grow within a well-established company.
