The role involves working on the assembly or production line, feeding raw materials into machinery, and assembling goods using resin solvents.
The position offers a salary of £11.44 per hour, with the potential for increases, and an annual salary of approximately £24,000 based on 40 hours a week.
Candidates should be prepared to work Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime available at 1.5 times the regular rate.
No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, and immediate start options are available.

Market Leading manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Production Operative, working on a Production factory in Gatwick area (RH10 4NQ). Production operative will be working on the assembly or production line of a manufacturing company. Duties include feeding batches of raw materials into machinery, assembling goods on an assembly line and attaching ready products using resin solvents.

Core Responsibilities & Duties of a Production Operative

Ability to operate and control equipment.
Maintain a clean work area.
Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
Working as Part of a Team
Quality Checks
Filling out Paperwork
Machine Operating
Provide support to the Factory team when needed.

Full training is given. Full PPE and Workwear is provided.

Immediate Start is available. Full Training will be given

PLEASE NOTE PUBLIC TRANSPORT DOES NOT RUN TO SITE FOR 7AM SO WILL HAVE TO TRAVEL BY OTHER MEANS
