As Finance Analyst/FP&A Manager you will provide a key business advisory role supporting decision making at a senior level across FP&A and finance business partnering activities including:

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long term financial plans
  • Analysing financial performance, trends and undertaking story telling behind the numbers to allow actionable insights
  • Working closely with operational leaders (Exco and Exco minus 1) to help them make decisions that strive to achieve business strategic objectives including supporting business cases and investment appraisals as examples
  • Utilising data tools and AI to develop custom financial reports and dashboards and real time insights
  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and future financial forecasting and support implementation of a new planning tool

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience working within an FP&A and business partnering role with demonstrable experience where you have utilised technology to help drive efficiencies within the function. You will have excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and be a competent user of excel and financial modelling.This client offers hybrid working, 1 to 2 days in the office and 3 to 4 from home.
