Flexibility is offered for the right candidate, including tailored working arrangements for parents.Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on mortgage and protection products tailored to client needs.
  • Handle a diverse caseload, including complex cases such as buy-to-let and self-employed applicants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with BDMs to secure exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Work with leads from various sources, including estate agents, accountants, and walk-ins, with a high first-appointment conversion rate.
  • Participate in monthly team events and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

The Mortgage and Protection Broker Package

  • Basic Salary: £30,000
  • Commission Structure:
    • £3k - £6k: 15%
    • £6k+: 30%
  • Annual bonus of 3% once you bank £134k
  • Brokers banking on average £150k
