With more than 100 offices, our client is searching for a seasoned Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join their highly dynamic and successful team in Crawley. Role & Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker based in Crawley, your role will include:
- Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to a wide client base.
- Managing a pipeline of new leads, with over 15 qualified leads delivered weekly, resulting in 4-5 signed mortgages and 3-4 completions.
- Aiming for a conversion rate exceeding 60% for protection products, ensuring clients receive comprehensive protection cover including life insurance, critical illness cover, ASU, income protection, and building and contents insurance.
- Closing 12-15 mortgage deals per month with an average case size of £2,000, resulting in additional bonuses based on performance.
- Collaborating closely with the regional mortgage sales manager and estate agency personnel to deliver outstanding service.
- Accessing and working with the company's extensive existing client base to assess their mortgage and protection needs.
This position requires a highly motivated Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor with the drive to succeed in a competitive market, where the potential for earnings and growth is significant.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent such as MAQ, CF1, CF6).
- Proven experience working as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, ideally in a face-to-face sales role.
- A strong track record of success in a sales environment, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Tied mortgage advisers looking to expand their career with whole-of-market advice are also encouraged to apply.
