Role Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Tax team and wider company departments to grow the tax advisory offering
- Travelling to other offices to support and develop the internal advisory team
- Identifying opportunities within the team and assisting in the development of junior staff
- Managing your own workflow, while delegating tasks appropriately
- Responding to internal tax queries from other departments, providing expert guidance
- Identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities for clients
- Working on both corporate and mixed tax advisory projects

Required Skills and Qualifications
- ACA / CTA qualified or equivalent, with at least 10+ years of advisory experience
- A strong background in mixed tax, with a focus on corporate tax
- Previous experience in a client-facing role and business development would be advantageous
- A proactive, self-starting individual who can work independently and as part of a team
- Confident in managing a portfolio and delivering advisory support to both clients and the internal team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to spot opportunities for tax planning and growth
- Motivated to continually learn and enhance your knowledge base
