We are currently working with a leading Financial Planners based in Horley, Surrey, to recruit for a Paraplanner to join their team. Our client operates a hybrid structure with 3 days wfh and 2 in the office.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality financial advice and service to clients.
  • Assist in preparing meeting notes, conducting research, and supporting the delivery of advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to help achieve the income objectives for the team.
  • Provide essential briefings to financial planners on client issues for upcoming meetings.
  • Engage with clients to gather necessary information and clarify details.
  • Work proactively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Package:

  • Base Salary: Competitive salary up to £50,000
  • Annual Discretionary Bonus: Performance-based bonus scheme
