Driver Hire Gatwick urgently seeks a skilled and experienced Forklift Reach or Counterbalance Driver to join one of our clients in Crawley. This opportunity has at the base the start of a Temp-to-Perm in place meaning that after 13 weeks you will become a permanent employee with our client. This position is an immediate start and besides the Forklifting you will be required to do a mix between Warehouse and Drivers Mate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift counterbalance or Reach to load, unload, and move goods.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the forklift.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- MUST LIVE WITHIN 10 MILES FROM CRAWLEY WEST SUSSEX
- Valid forklift counterbalance license.
- At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift counterbalance.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
- Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to start work at 07:00 AM till 17:00PM.
