The company:A growing European business specialised in transport and logistics.

Main duties:Assist with administrative duties and overall office support such as entering import / export orders and keeping the company's computer system up-to-date.

The role:- Creating orders on company's computer system- Filing and general help around the office updating files- Processing & updating customer information on the company's IT system- Supporting general management and day-to-day activities- Contributing to administrative support- Undertaking any other duties as requiredThe candidate:- Additional fluency in either of the following languages advantageous but not essential : French, Italian or Spanish - Computer literate - MS office - Organised with good administrative skills - Excellent communication skills- A dynamic personality and a team playerThe salary: up to £25,000 per annum
