We are seeking a proactive Junior Client Success Executive who is passionate about customer success and building long-term relationships to join our team.

About You:

  • A driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for client engagement and success.
  • Confident and empathetic, with strong natural emotional intelligence and the ability to understand client needs.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your career in client success.
  • Comfortable working with data and technology, including CRM systems.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • You are self-aware and enjoy interacting with all types of clients to foster relationships and deliver excellent service.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, providing day-to-day support and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Supporting the development and execution of client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new clients.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients through phone, video calls, and in-person meetings, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure client needs are addressed and feedback is acted upon.
  • Assisting in the creation of client success reports and analyzing client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Attending industry events and representing EVC to strengthen client relationships and promote our brand.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and interactions using CRM systems.
