Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused and engaged.
- Follow lesson plans and ensure students complete assigned work to a high standard.
- Maintain a calm, respectful classroom environment in line with school policies.
- Support students who need help understanding the material and encourage their progress.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to understand student needs and school routines.
- Contribute to the wider school community through occasional involvement in school activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in an educational or supervisory role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- A genuine interest in supporting students' academic progress.
