Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students in a classroom setting, ensuring they follow the lesson plan set by the absent teacher.

  • Deliver pre-set work to students across a range of subjects, ensuring students understand the task and stay on track.
  • Provide support to students when necessary, answering questions or offering guidance within the lesson's scope.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum GCSEs in English and Math (A-C or equivalent).
  • A degree is desirable but not essential.
  • Prior experience working with children or young adults in a supervisory or teaching capacity is desirable.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
