Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students in a classroom setting, ensuring they follow the lesson plan set by the absent teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-set work to students across a range of subjects, ensuring students understand the task and stay on track.
- Provide support to students when necessary, answering questions or offering guidance within the lesson's scope.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum GCSEs in English and Math (A-C or equivalent).
- A degree is desirable but not essential.
- Prior experience working with children or young adults in a supervisory or teaching capacity is desirable.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
