We are looking for an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join Property services provider. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a supervisory role within a well-established. The contract is currently in its 5th year of a 10-year duration, and we are looking for someone who will manage a team of 4 operatives while also performing hands-on electrical tasks.
Key Requirements:
- Electrical Qualifications: 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, Testing & Inspection, SSSTS
- Hands-on electrical experience, ideally in planned/voids or responsive maintenance within social housing/property services
- Local to Crawley (ideally within 20-30 miles)
- Experience working in social housing or property services is desirable, but we are open to electricians looking to step into a supervisory role
- Strong management skills and a proactive attitude towards completing tasks efficiently and safely
- The previous person in this role was promoted, creating an excellent opportunity for career growth
Role Overview:
- Manage 4 operatives.
- Oversee planned, voids, and responsive maintenance tasks
- Ensure all electrical work complies with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the team and Mears to meet contract deliverables
