Triangle Recruitment, working in Partnership with Ibstock Kevington , are looking to recruit an Factory Administrator. This full time position is Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00, with a Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Purpose of Role:

A strong administrator to support our business, supporting all the functions at our manufacturing site in Crawley. As a key person within the team, the support you provide to Managers and colleagues will help drive Kevington`s success and contribute towards the achievement of our ambitious growth plans.

Reporting Relationships:

Reporting to the Site Management team

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative to support to Operations team
  • Inputting of multi-channel data streams
  • Day to day support: printing & copying, stationary stock managed
  • General office support including post , deliveries & ad hoc duties

Key Internal Relationships:

  • Communication with all employees, customers and contractors.

Key Challenges:

  • To provide efficient administration/customer service support to the business in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver effectively
  • Taking ownership of the role

  • Able to make sound judgments in prioritising requests and in managing your own time
  • Well organised and structured approach to work
  • Flexible approach and can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Pro-active and able to use own initiative
  • Able to exercise discretion at all times

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a similar administrative role in a fast paced environment is essential
  • Good MS office skills , proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint , Word and also Advanced Excel is essential
  • Good educational background
  • Experience of dealing with confidential matters is desirable
