Are you an organised HR Administrator looking to take the next step in your HR career? We are looking for an organised and proactive HR professional to join our well established and growing Crawley based client in their friendly, modern offices.

This busy and varied role will see you providing comprehensive administration support to the HR Manager, across all aspects of HR, working together to ensure a high-quality HR service is delivered to the business.

Working with the HR Manager, your main duties of this role will be supporting across the following areas:

  • Recruitment
  • Administration for starters and leavers
  • Learning and Development
  • Updating and developing HR policies and procedures
  • International payroll and benefit administration
  • Overseeing performance management processes
  • Supporting health and well being
  • Dealing with people related concerns
  • Updating internal data systems

This role will make use of your previous HR & Payroll experience, along with your fantastic communication and organisational skills. If you a team player with a passion for HR, a good eye for detail and are competent in MS Office, we want to hear from you.
