Individual Needs Assistant

Our highly regarded Primary school in Crawley are looking for a dedicated and bubbly Individual Needs Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil who needs additional support.

This school believes every child has the potential to succeed and they are committed to providing the necessary support to help them thrive.

An Individual Needs Assistant will responsible for facilitating and providing tailored support to a student, helping them understand and navigate their studies, encourage them to focus, build resilience and develop coping strategies. You will work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals to create a supportive and safe environment for the pupil.

This is a pivatol role that will assist with the students development of social skills, emotional regulation and academic engagement through the use of interventions, all in a supportive and nurturing environment.
