Job Title: Multi Trader

Location: Guildford

Salaey: £38,000

My client are looking to hire for a Multi-Trader to join their responsive mainteannce team. This role will involve working in the social housing sector.

Duties of a Multi Trader:

Carpentry: Skirting, hang doors
Plastering: Patch plastering
Painting and decorating e.g. small paint jobs
Plumbing: Tap changes, and minor plumbing repairs
UPVC: Repair of windows and door locks

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trader:

Social Housing Experience
MUST HAVE - City & Guilds / NVQ - Primary Trade
MUST HAVE - Driving License
