Description

- Lead and motivate site teams to ensure operational excellence across all areas, including security, customer satisfaction, team management, fleet compliance, maintenance, and site standards.

- Oversee the timely completion of operational tasks.

- Handle customer escalations, both in-person and over the phone, with confidence in CCTV review and customer interaction.

- Provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure staff compliance with policies, as well as support their growth.

- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring staff adherence and adequate training. Oversee performance management, including appraisals and disciplinary actions, providing support during challenging conversations.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend improvements. Conduct site inspections, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels. Be hands-on and visible across the site, collaborating with all teams to improve operations.

- Maintain the ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, all while adhering to company policies, especially health and safety. Flexibility is key, as this role spans various areas of airport parking operations.
