Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to be working with a leading business based in Crawley who are currently in search of an Operations Executive to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.

Overview of the role:

The main job is to make sure everything runs smoothly with the operations and computer systems. The goal of the role is to make the business work better and provide great service to their clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with different team to help within the company
  • Support the client account team, customer service and management with any administrative tasks
  • Manage the client database, schedules and tasks for clients, ensuring accuracy
  • Organise the delivery of label and mailing information
  • Track the process and changes of deliveries
  • Handle daily administration tasks
  • Find ways to improve processes and operations

Skills required:

  • Competent IT skills, including Excel and data management software
  • Strong listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to undertake tasks with energy and tenacity
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise accordingly
  • Ability to express thoughts clearly and adapt communication style accordingly
