 Processing inbound orders from the Sales and Project Teams. Managing customer order reports. Assisting any Logistical requirements when needed. Assisting in the upkeep of the Backorder Report. Ensuring the Operations process is followed and Compliant with the rest of thebusiness. Requesting Supplier Shipment and Order Reports. Support International shipments (IOR) Support setup of IOR agents, find best customs route, clearance process

Profile

 Ability to work as a collaborative team member in a cross-functional, multi-disciplined matrixenvironment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Export regulations and compliance requirements Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to organise and prioritise workloads and to work on your own initiative. Commitment, Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability. SAP/SIEBEL/ORACLE/COUPA/WORKDAY/ARIBA knowledge desirable.
