Parts Coordinator

£30,000 to £34,000 + Holiday + Progression

Neos Engineering are currently looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator to join a well established organisation! The business are known for being one of the best employers in the area offering fantastic perks.

The ideal candidate for the Parts Coordinator role is someone who prior experience within a similar role, the business I’m recruiting for have multiple divisions, the ideal candidate will have ideally worked within the Hire sector whether that’s Automotive, Plant, Haulage, Forklift, Generators or more!

The day to day role of the Parts Coordinatoe is to manage the parts for the business, making sure they are ordered and identified in a timely manner! They are looking for a forward thinking candidate who is proactive in getting the best price and being able to manage the time of arrival.  

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established organisation that are growing at a rate of knots, this is a position you can really make your own and receive recognition for the work you do!

The Candidate:

  • Prior experience within a Parts role
  • Driving License
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills

The Role:

  • Ensure all parts are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure good parts identification, to make sure correct parts are ordered.
  • Ensure best price is always paid, obtain comparison prices where required.
  • Ensure all orders arrive on time, chase suppliers if any delays.
  • Carry out regular stock checks in stores and in workshop.
  • Book stock items to fitters vans
