Our client, an expanding and growing IT company, are looking to recruit an exceptional Sales Administrator to join their dynamic and friendly team in Crawley. This role requires an individual skilled in organisation, communication, multitasking, and efficiency under high workloads.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in managing inquiries, pricing, and stock availability.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Sales Ordering Process, ensuring smooth operation and readiness for billing.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Process and prepare sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and update stock levels, ensuring stock sheets are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely order fulfilment and resolve potential issues.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and following up on outstanding matters.
  • Complete and file all necessary documentation accurately in the correct customer files.
  • Handle order and invoice processing, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Balance tasks, including phone calls, in-person interactions, and administrative duties.
  • Provide support to the Sales Team and Operations Manager as needed.
